Biography

Deborah Albright is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She joined the Division of Allergy & Immunology at the UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh in 2017. Deborah received her B.S. degree in Science at the Pennsylvania State University and her M.D. degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She served in the Air Force for 10 years and completed her Allergy/ Immunology fellowship training at the Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, TX. Her clinical and research focus is food allergies including the primary prevention of pediatric food allergies and the treatment of allergic disorders with immunomodulation including cutaneous interfaces to stimulate antigen tolerance by regulatory arm of the immune system.
